Job Title: System Administrator Experience : 3–4 Years Location: Thane, Mumbai Face to face interviews only-Immediate joiners preferred Key Responsibilities: Install, configure, and maintain Windows/Linux servers and systems. Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, file servers, and email systems. Monitor system performance and troubleshoot hardware/software issues. Apply system patches and updates regularly to ensure security and performance. Manage user accounts, permissions, access rights, and storage allocations. Handle backup and disaster recovery planning and execution. Collaborate with IT team members for network maintenance and upgrades. Ensure system security by implementing and maintaining firewalls, antivirus, and data encryption. Provide technical support to end users and resolve escalated issues. Document system configurations, updates, and procedures. Key Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field. 3–4 years of proven experience as a System Administrator or similar role. Hands-on experience with Windows/Linux operating systems. Knowledge of virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V). Experience with networking concepts and tools (LAN, WAN, VPN, firewalls). Proficiency in scripting and automation tools (PowerShell, Bash, etc.) is a plus. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Good communication and documentation skills.
