System Administrator

Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and proactive System Administrator to manage and maintain our internal IT systems, servers, and network infrastructure. The ideal candidate will play a key role in optimizing system performance, mentoring junior engineers, and ensuring a secure and efficient IT environment that supports our growing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to internal users, ensuring high system uptime and user satisfaction.
• Oversee installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware, software, and network resources.
• Train and mentor junior system engineers, sharing best practices in system management and operational efficiency.
• Continuously evaluate system performance and recommend/implement improvements to enhance overall efficiency.
• Execute software upgrades, apply patches, and perform system audits to maintain security and compliance.
• Participate in the full system development lifecycle—gathering requirements, deploying infrastructure solutions, and supporting implementation.
• Manage database configurations, installations, and version upgrades across multiple systems.
• Plan and execute server and network modifications based on business needs and budget considerations.
• Monitor backup systems, manage access controls, and ensure disaster recovery readiness.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience as a System Administrator or in a similar IT infrastructure role.
• Proficiency in managing Windows/Linux environments, firewalls, and enterprise network configurations.
• Hands-on experience with system monitoring tools, virtualization platforms, and security protocols.
• Strong knowledge of databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, or similar) and experience in their deployment and maintenance.
• Familiarity with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and cloud environments (AWS, Azure preferred).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
