To support our continued growth, we are looking for an experienced IT Administrator who is passionate about system stability, network security, and smart IT solutions. As an IT Administrator, you will Manage and maintain the entire IT infrastructure (servers, networks, workstations) Administer Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, FSMO, RAID, Domain Controller, Global Catalog Support and manage Office 365 and Linux systems Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, applications, and security software Monitor system performance and proactively resolve issues Implement security policies using firewalls, ESET Antivirus, and other tools Manage backup systems and ensure data availability Provide first- and second-level support to internal users Participate in disaster recovery and business continuity planning Maintain clear and accurate technical documentation What We Expect At least 8 years of experience as an IT/System Administrator Degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field Strong experience with Windows and/or Linux server environments Familiarity with backup systems and antivirus tools Strong problem-solving and communication skills Ability to work independently in a remote environment Team player with flexibility and adaptability What You Will Get 100% remote – work from anywhere Flexible working hours Competitive, performance-based salary Long-term position with stable projects Experienced, international, and supportive team Opportunities for personal growth and skill development A modern, tech-focused company culture How to Apply Please send your CV or LinkedIn profile to: jobs@futuretech-factory.com Subject: IT Administrator – Remote
