Hiring: System Administrator

Location: Indore (Work from Office)

Experience: 2–4 years

We are looking for a proactive System Administrator to manage our internal systems and ensure security compliance across all digital infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and securing IT infrastructure, handling cybersecurity threats, and ensuring the availability and reliability of systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and monitor internal IT systems, including servers, networks, and endpoints
• Oversee cybersecurity infrastructure, respond to cyber threats, and ensure compliance with internal security protocols
• Manage password policies, access controls, and data protection standards
• Perform regular maintenance and configuration of firewalls, antivirus tools, and security monitoring systems
• Administer and maintain Microsoft Azure environments including virtual machines, resource groups, and storage
• Conduct periodic security audits, risk assessments, and vulnerability scans
• Maintain documentation of systems, processes, and security policies
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure system updates and backups are performed regularly
• Ensure adherence to data privacy, security standards, and compliance frameworks

Requirements:

• 2–4 years of experience as a System Administrator or similar role
• Strong knowledge of IT systems, network administration, and security protocols
• Experience with Microsoft Azure management and administration
• Hands-on experience with firewall configuration, endpoint security tools, and access management
• Understanding of cybersecurity frameworks and best practices
• Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,938.07 - ₹30,000.00 per month
