SVP - Workforce management

We are looking for 17+ yrs of experience in workforce management / HR Analytics for a leading global BFSI Organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner closely with

  Workforce Management, Talent Management, and Procurement teams

  to deliver integrated workforce solutions.
• Lead

  workforce optimization initiatives

  , balancing build, buy, borrow, and bot strategies for fulfilment.
• Drive

  capacity planning, demand forecasting, and talent fulfilment strategies

  .
• Manage

  vendor relationships

  to ensure cost-effective and quality fulfilment.
• Provide

  strategic workforce insights and analytics

  to leadership for informed decision-making.
• Lead a

  team of 4

  , ensuring effective people management, coaching, and performance delivery.

  workforce planning, workforce optimization, and strategic HR/talent roles

  across HR, TA, procurement, and business functions.
• Exposure to
