SVP - Workforce management

You should have more than 17 years of experience in workforce management/HR Analytics for a leading global BFSI Organization. As a suitable candidate, you will be required to partner closely with Workforce Management, Talent Management, and Procurement teams to deliver integrated workforce solutions. You will play a key role in leading workforce optimization initiatives by balancing build, buy, borrow, and bot strategies for fulfilment. Additionally, you will be responsible for driving capacity planning, demand forecasting, and talent fulfilment strategies. Managing vendor relationships to ensure cost-effective and quality fulfilment will also be within your purview. It will be crucial for you to provide strategic workforce insights and analytics to leadership for informed decision-making. Leading a team of 4, you will need to ensure effective people management, coaching, and performance delivery. Successful candidates must have proven experience in workforce planning, workforce optimization, and strategic HR/talent roles. Strong stakeholder management skills across HR, TA, procurement, and business functions are essential. Exposure to vendor management and external workforce fulfilment models is preferred. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are required for this role. Leadership experience with direct people management is a must.
