RAIYA Telephony – A GenAI Voice Assistant that communicates in multiple languages like a human

RAIYA Concierge – A ChatGPT-grade conversational AI with voice capabilities tailored for enterprises

RAIYA IDP – A GenAI-powered Intelligent Document Processing solution to extract and structure unstructured data

𝐑𝐨𝐥𝐞 𝐎𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐞𝐰:


We’re seeking a VP Sales to lead our growth in multiple sectors such as Travel and Hospitality , Education , Healthcare , Real Estate sectors. This is an entrepreneurial leadership role offering Equity + Profit Sharing in place of a fixed salary. We’re looking for a strategic and driven sales leader who can open doors, close large enterprise deals, and scale our GenAI adoption in various sectors


𝐋𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧:


Remote. HQ is in Pune.


𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐢𝐭𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐓𝐲𝐩𝐞:


Full-Time | Entrepreneurial | Equity + Profit Sharing

(Note: This role does not include a conventional salary. Rewards are linked to performance, equity growth, and profit share.)


𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐋𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐥:


18 to 25 years of enterprise sales and business development experience in SaaS/AI-based solutions


𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:


Own and drive revenue from the segment of choice across India and selected international markets

Build trusted relationships with CXOs in various sectors

Sell RAIYA Telephony, Concierge, and IDP as high-impact GenAI tools use cases like Inbound Queries , campaigns, feedback calls etc

Manage the full enterprise sales cycle – from outreach to demo, proposal, negotiation, and closure

Collaborate with product and technical teams to deliver client-focused solutions

Build, mentor, and lead a high-performance sales team as the business grows

Proven success in enterprise-level tech/SaaS sales

Existing relationships with decision-makers in various sectors

Exposure to or strong interest in GenAI, conversational AI, and intelligent automation
