SVP - Product Developer

Your Role Overview: - The Product Developer is a strategic professional who closely follows the latest trends in their field and adapts them for application within their job and the business. - You will be responsible for all activities related to the development of new products and features, including developing business cases, requirements definition, product enhancements, innovation, and more. - This role requires excellent communication skills to negotiate internally, often at a senior level, and guide and influence others. Your Key Responsibilities: - Manage the end-to-end product development lifecycle, scope product releases, and track business priorities and investments. - Create a product vision aligned with business priorities, develop corresponding roadmaps, and deliver products or features to the user community. - Collaborate with Sales, Technology, Business Managers, and senior stakeholders to fulfill delivery objectives. - Implement a wide variety of products and solutions to meet client needs and deliver significant business results. Qualifications Required: - 10+ years of relevant experience. - Proven track record of successfully managing in a large and complex business. - Intellectual curiosity, analytical and conceptual thinking skills. - Thorough financial acumen and P&L management experience. - Excellent analytical, interpretive, and problem-solving skills. - Ability to establish and maintain senior client relationships and work across multiple facets of Citi businesses.
