SVP- HRBP (Technology)

As an HRBP Tech, you will act as a strategic HR partner to the Technology business unit, collaborating closely with business and technology leaders to align HR strategies with business goals. You will serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership and business heads on all people-related matters, understanding business priorities, technology roadmaps, and organizational objectives to co-develop HR strategies such as workforce planning, talent strategy, and succession planning that support business growth and scalability. Your role will involve building and sustaining strong relationships with global stakeholders, influencing and aligning people strategy with business objectives. You will also participate in manpower budgeting, forecasting, and resource planning to meet current and future talent needs. Additionally, you will support organizational design, restructuring, and changes (e.g., new teams, expansion, role realignment) to optimize delivery and efficiency.,
