Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer calls related to telecom services (billing, network issues, plans, upgrades, etc.).
  
• Provide accurate and timely information to customers.
  
• Troubleshoot technical and service-related issues for telecom products.
  
• Maintain high service quality and adhere to process SLAs.
  
• Resolve customer escalations with professionalism and empathy.
  
• Update system records and document customer interactions.
  
• Work collaboratively with internal teams for issue resolution.
  
• Ensure compliance with process guidelines, data security, and quality standards.
  
• Achieve performance targets including CSAT, AHT, Quality, and First Call Resolution.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills in English (mandatory).
  
• Good problem-solving skills and customer-first attitude.
  
• Ability to work in

  rotational shifts and rotational weekly offs

• Basic computer skills and ability to navigate CRM tools.
  
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced US process environment.
