Sustainability Analyst

As a Sustainability Analyst at NewCold, you will be part of a team dedicated to driving global energy initiatives. Your primary focus will be on enhancing energy efficiency through activities such as energy modeling, data collection, automation of data processing, and reporting using tools like PowerBI. Moreover, you will lead improvement projects aimed at advancing sustainability efforts within energy, water, and waste systems. Your responsibilities will include identifying areas for optimization, proposing innovative solutions, and overseeing project implementation from inception to completion. In addition to your core duties, you will provide thought leadership on sustainable practices, offering feedback on various activities while considering their environmental impact. You will also ensure that our sustainable goals align with our corporate values. Your key responsibilities will involve contributing to the implementation of sustainable goals, providing thought leadership on sustainable topics, staying updated on industry trends, utilizing energy modeling for efficiency, collaborating with teams on sustainable technologies, preparing technical specifications, and developing business cases for renewable energy projects. To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field. Basic knowledge of Electrical Engineering principles, familiarity with market trends in renewable energy and sustainability, strong organizational and prioritization skills, effective intercultural communication skills, and high proficiency in English are essential.
