Sustainability Analyst

As a Sustainability Analyst at Syneos Health, your role involves working with the corporate sustainability team to gather sustainability data, conduct analysis, and present results in a visually compelling manner to support company goals and reporting requirements. Your key responsibilities will include: - Collecting sustainability data, conducting analysis, and visualizing results to drive understanding and support company goals - Assisting in the development, evolution, and implementation of reporting systems to ensure compliance with global reporting requirements - Collaborating with internal functions such as Corporate Real Estate, Finance, Human Resources, and Legal to ensure timely data collection and compilation - Contributing to key sustainability projects with a focus on meeting emissions reduction targets - Researching, analyzing, and supporting customer-specific strategies related to sustainability policies and activities, including supply chain management - Assisting in responding to customer inquiries about environmental data and impact - Supporting customer-facing engagements to showcase progress against mutual goals - Developing training resources for internal stakeholders on best practices for data collection and analysis The Sustainability Analyst role at Syneos Health requires strong skills in data gathering, manipulation, and analysis, as well as effective interpersonal communication and time management. You will be directly involved in developing and implementing environment, social, and governance (ESG) strategies and initiatives, supporting ratings agency submissions, and completing greenhouse gas (GHG) inventories in collaboration with business stakeholders. Your work will also involve informing climate action and sustainability plans with a data-driven approach while ensuring compliance with Syneos Health quality control standards.
