Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Surveyor, based in Miraj Taluka. The Surveyor will be responsible for conducting surveys, collecting and analyzing field data, preparing reports, and performing calculations for construction or engineering purposes. Day-to-day tasks also include working with specialized equipment, ensuring the accuracy of measurements, and maintaining records for project documentation. Collaboration with other team members and adherence to safety standards are integral parts of this role.

Qualifications

Proficiency in conducting building surveys, engineering surveys, and land mapping
Expertise in using surveying tools and equipment like total stations, GPS, and other modern instruments
Strong analytical and mathematical skills for data analysis and calculations
Knowledge of civil engineering concepts and practices
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills for record-keeping and report preparation
Teamwork and communication skills to collaborate effectively on projects
Familiarity with local geographic and regulatory requirements in Maharashtra
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Surveying, Geomatics, or a related field preferred
Previous experience in surveying, preferably in construction or land development, is an advantage
