Job Title: Survey Executive (with Lashing Skills) Location: Nikol, Ahmedabad Job Type: Full-time/ 1 year Contract Industry: Shipping / Logistics Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated Survey Executive with basic knowledge or interest in lashing operations to join our team. The role involves conducting container and cargo inspections, ensuring safety and compliance, and assisting with lashing and securing cargo. 7 days of free training will be provided to enhance your skills and knowledge. Key Responsibilities: Conduct surveys and inspections of containers and cargo to check for damages, safety hazards, and compliance with standards. Assist in lashing and securing cargo to ensure safe transportation. Document survey findings accurately and prepare detailed reports. Coordinate with shipping agents, depot operators, and logistics teams. Identify and report any discrepancies or damages in cargo or containers. Follow safety procedures during lashing and survey operations. Maintain proper records and update the database regularly. Participate in the 7 days free training program to develop professional lashing and survey skills. Qualifications: Minimum 1 years of experience in cargo handling, survey, or related field preferred but not mandatory. Basic understanding or willingness to learn lashing techniques. Good observation and reporting skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Physically fit to perform fieldwork and handle cargo. Good communication skills in English and/or local language. Willingness to undergo 7 days free training. Work Environment: Field-based role with site visits to ports, warehouses, and depots.
