Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Support Services Specialist based in Kanpur. The specialist will be responsible for providing technical support, resolving customer queries, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include analyzing support tickets, ensuring timely resolution of issues, overseeing daily operations, and liaising with internal teams to improve service availability and efficiency. The candidate will also assist with supervisory tasks, contribute to process improvements, and uphold the company's high standards for customer service.
