Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or support ticketing system.
  • Identify, diagnose, and resolve customer issues in a timely manner.
  • Provide step-by-step guidance and troubleshooting for customers.
  • Escalate complex issues to the relevant internal departments when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved to their satisfaction.
  • Assist in updating and maintaining knowledge base articles and FAQs.
  • Analyze recurring issues and provide feedback to improve product or service quality.
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics such as response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction scores.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
