Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer inquiries via calls, emails, and chat professionally
Resolve product-related issues and complaints efficiently
Coordinate with technical or internal teams for complex issues
Follow up with customers to ensure complete resolution
Maintain accurate records in CRM/support systems
Gather customer feedback and share insights with the team

Requirements:

Fresher to 4 years of experience in customer support or a similar role
Good communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to handle customers patiently in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to learn product features and updates
Basic knowledge of Tally is a plus
