Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries via calls, emails, and chat professionally
  • Resolve product-related issues and complaints efficiently
  • Coordinate with technical or internal teams for complex issues
  • Follow up with customers to ensure complete resolution
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM/support systems
  • Gather customer feedback and share insights with the team

Requirements:

  • Fresher to 4 years of experience in customer support or a similar role
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to handle customers patiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to learn product features and updates
  • Basic knowledge of Tally is a plus
