Key Responsibilities:
Handle software implementation and training at client sites.
Troubleshoot and resolve IT/system-related issues.
Monitor and respond to support tickets.
Collaborate with the development team for product improvements.
Submit timely reports and ensure documentation of processes.
Requirements:
0–1 year of experience in IT support or a similar role.
Good troubleshooting skills (hardware/software).
Familiarity with Windows/macOS/Linux OS and MS Office 365.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
