Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Listen to and review support calls (inbound & outbound) for quality checks.
  • Evaluate agents on communication, process adherence, and problem-solving.
  • Document errors, improvement areas, and provide structured feedback.
  • Assist in preparing daily/weekly quality reports.
  • Work with team leads to recommend improvements in customer handling.
  • Support training and process improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Graduate/Final-year student (any discipline).
  • Excellent communication and listening skills.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets for reporting.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
  • Interest in call auditing, customer support, and process improvement.
