Preferred Experience

• First preference: Candidates with experience in the textile industry (yarn, greige, fabric, manufacturing, dyeing house, or related processes).
• Experience in software/ERP implementation, testing, or client support will be an added advantage.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Support Engineer & Tester (with Implementation focus) to join our growing team. This role is a blend of product testing, client support, and on-site implementation—ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, working with clients, and ensuring smooth ERP adoption.

Key ResponsibilitiesClient Support & Training

• Provide excellent customer service by resolving client inquiries and support tickets.
• Document and track issues, resolutions, and client feedback.
• Assist in new client onboarding and ensure smooth ERP implementation.
• Deliver end-user training sessions (on-site & remote) and prepare basic user guides.

Product Testing & Quality Assurance

• Test ERP modules (yarn, dyeing, fabric, production, inventory, CRM, etc.) to ensure reliability.
• Execute test cases, identify bugs, and share detailed feedback with the development team.
• Verify fixes and ensure smooth product updates before release.

Cross-Team Collaboration

• Work with development, QA, and product teams to escalate and resolve client or product issues.
• Suggest process improvements based on testing and client feedback.

Qualifications

• Total work experience: 1 year (preferred).
• No technical knowledge required.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills (English, Hindi/Gujarati preferred).
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Prior experience in customer support or ERP/software testing is a plus, not mandatory.
• Willingness to travel for on-site client implementation when required.
