Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Support Engineer with hands-on experience in software testing (manual and automation) and a strong understanding of SQL. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical support, performing testing and debugging activities, and collaborating with development and QA teams to ensure high-quality software delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical and functional support for software applications to internal teams or customers.
Perform manual and automated testing to identify bugs, performance issues, and usability problems.
Write, execute, and maintain test cases, test scripts, and test data.
Use automation tools (like Selenium, Postman, JMeter, etc.) to streamline regression and functional testing.
Analyze logs, SQL databases, and application data to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively.
Collaborate with developers to identify root causes and validate bug fixes.
Document support incidents, test results, and issue resolutions in a clear and structured manner.
Participate in system deployment, upgrade validation, and performance verification.
Ensure adherence to quality standards and testing best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
1–4 years of experience in software support, QA, or testing roles.
Strong expertise in SQL (queries, joins, stored procedures, debugging data issues).
Experience with manual testing and knowledge of automation frameworks (Selenium, TestNG, or similar).
Familiarity with API testing tools (Postman, Swagger, etc.) preferred.
Understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and defect tracking tools (JIRA, Bugzilla, etc.).
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment.

Pay: ₹10,872.96 - ₹39,893.54 per month
