Job Description:

We are looking for a Support Engineer to join our Cloud Telephony team. The candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer support, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring smooth operations of cloud telephony services during business hours.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries and provide technical support via calls, emails, or tickets.
• Perform Level 1 troubleshooting for cloud telephony, VoIP, IVR, and call flow issues.
• Monitor system alerts and escalate incidents to higher-level teams when required.
• Maintain accurate documentation, logs, and reports.
• Ensure SLA compliance and timely resolution of issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve escalated cases.

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience in support or technical roles (telecom/cloud telephony preferred).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of networking and VoIP concepts (SIP, IVR, call flows) is an added advantage.
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle multiple queries effectively.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced customer support environment.

Education:

• Any degree (technical background preferred but not mandatory).
