We are seeking an experienced Support Engineer who can combine hands-on development work with system troubleshooting and optimization. This dynamic role bridges the gap between traditional software development and system support, requiring someone who can both write code and diagnose complex technical issues. The ideal candidate will serve as a key technical resource, responsible for maintaining system stability while driving continuous improvements through code development. You will work at the intersection of development and operations, identifying systemic issues and implementing long-term solutions rather than just quick fixes. Key job responsibilities Develop and maintain software solutions to address recurring technical issues Investigate and resolve complex technical problems in existing systems Implement system improvements to prevent future issues Write and optimize code to enhance system performance Create and maintain technical documentation Collaborate with development teams on system upgrades Monitor system health and implement preventive measures Knowledge of distributed applications/enterprise applications Knowledge of UNIX/Linux operating system Experience analyzing and troubleshooting RESTful web API calls Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
