Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and motivated IT Administrator/System Support Specialist with 2-4 years of relevant experience in IT administration, system support, and infrastructure management.
The ideal candidate will have a well-rounded understanding of modern IT environments, with a strong emphasis on system security, cloud technologies, and compliance standards.
The role requires strong technical knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems, along with a solid understanding of networking concepts such as firewalls, VPNs, DNS, and DHCP.
Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 administration is essential, including managing user accounts, permissions, Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and related services.
Candidates should also have practical experience with AWS user management, IAM policies, and Amazon Workspaces, including provisioning and maintaining virtual desktop environments.
Familiarity with Privileged Access Management (PAM) tools and access control systems is a significant advantage, especially in environments that demand strict adherence to security protocols and audit requirements.
A good understanding of IT compliance frameworks (such as ISO 27001, SOC 2, or GDPR) and data security protocols will be important for ensuring that infrastructure and user practices are compliant with regulatory standards.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills are essential, as the role involves diagnosing technical issues across systems, networks, and cloud services.
The ability to communicate clearly and effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders is a must.
