Supply Chain & Operations Associate (Gujarat - Ankleshwar)

Job Overview

The Supply Chain & Operations Associate will be responsible for supporting the seamless execution of production and supply chain operations across partner facilities. This role involves monitoring production schedules, maintaining accurate inventory and quality records, and coordinating raw material procurement timelines to ensure materials are available as required. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, process-driven, and capable of ensuring operational accuracy and efficiency across all production touchpoints.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in production operations, supply chain coordination, or inventory management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering. Supply Chain, Operations, Manufacturing, or a related field.
• Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets; familiarity with ERP or inventory software is a plus.
• Prior experience in the chemical industry will be a strong advantage.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Oversee and ensure timely completion of all production orders across partner facilities.
• Travel to partner facilities and warehouses as required for audits, production monitoring, and operational coordination.
• Track and report on production efficiency, output quality (Sample testing or storing for future reference can be something), and delay causes.
• Maintain accurate production, inventory, and quality reports.
• Maintain high stock accuracy through regular audits and reconciliations.
• Oversee raw material procurement timelines and ensure materials are received on schedule.
