Role Overview: As a People Strategy leader, your main responsibility will be to design and develop a comprehensive people plan to enhance the success of the tower. It is essential to ensure a balance between effectiveness and efficiency in the people strategy to drive the overall success of the organization. Key Responsibilities: - Develop a people plan that enhances the success of the tower - Balance effectiveness and efficiency in the people strategy - Collaborate with senior leaders to review and augment the business unit operating model - Create engagement plans for the CFUs in collaboration with senior leaders - Coach and develop leaders at all levels to build high-performing teams - Collaborate with the business unit to develop future skills and location strategy - Manage activities across teams and locations to ensure delivery against agreed SLAs - Ensure strong processes and controls are in place to meet all regulatory compliance requirements - Work closely with stake partners to ensure process and control adherence with the right economic outcome Qualifications Required: - Approximately 17 or more years of experience - Demonstrated ability to manage operations with a team size of 150+ - Track record of transformation programs and continuous improvement in Finance/Supply chain operations - Knowledge of operations best practices and improvement enablers for SAP and Oracle based architectures - Operational experience of delivering services to multiple business units across multiple geographies - Teleco experience preferred - Track record of delivering cross-team transformation - Qualified Accountant OR masters in finance Additional Company Details: The competencies and experiences required for this role are crucial and will greatly contribute to your success in the position. The role also demands flexibility with travel between Kolkata and Gurugram locations. As a candidate for this role, you should possess a diverse skill set including relationship building, customer-centric approach, change management expertise, complex problem-solving capabilities, commercial acumen, data analytics proficiency, collaboration and influence skills, strong knowledge of accounting standards, and a willingness for travel flexibility. Your experience in managing operations, leading transformation programs, and delivering services across geographies will be essential for success in this role.
