Job Description

As a Supply Chain Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end supply chain operations to ensure timely product availability, cost optimization, and smooth coordination across departments. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute supply chain strategies aligned with business goals. - Manage procurement of raw materials, packaging, and services. - Forecast demand and optimize inventory levels. - Oversee warehouse, distribution, and logistics operations. - Negotiate with suppliers to ensure best cost, quality, and service. - Monitor KPIs such as lead time, OTIF, logistics cost, and stock accuracy. - Drive process improvements for efficiency and cost reduction. - Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards. - Lead and mentor supply chain team members. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain/Logistics/Operations (MBA preferred). - 5-10 years of experience in supply chain or operations (FMCG/retail preferred). - Strong knowledge of procurement, logistics, and ERP systems. - Excellent negotiation, analytical, and leadership skills.
