Supply Chain Manager - Mechanical / Automobile Engineer

As a Supply Chain Manager, you will be responsible for various aspects related to business development and back office sales. Your role will involve the following key responsibilities: - Experience with mechanical components, particularly with a strong knowledge in brass fittings - Ability to read drawings effectively - Proficient in written emails and verbal telephonic communication - Clear and effective coordination with Purchase, Production, Quality, Packing, and other departments - Provide planning and production priority to respective departments to prevent bottleneck issues - Daily monitoring of assigned orders - Creating PO/PI/Sale forecast/MRP using respective software such as ERP - Developing trackers for assigned projects - Coordinating with Plant Head, design, production, and packing teams for new development parts, considering senior personnel - Managing projects efficiently to deliver materials on time to customers - Promptly responding to customer queries and requirements within 24 hours - Continuous follow-up with the logistic team to ensure safe delivery of materials to customers - Sharing necessary documents like PI, Packing list, Invoice, and packing details with customers - Attending meetings with customers on Google Meet - Obtaining customer approval for freight before further shipment upon receiving the Packing list - Providing essential details to the shipping/logistic team as required - Reporting and analyzing deviations from targets (Production quantity and Quality), identifying causes, and implementing corrective and preventive actions with approval - Demonstrating organizational skills, timeliness, pro-activeness, and high productivity - Completing tasks assigned by Top Management when necessary Qualifications Required: - BE Mechanical Graduate/Post Graduate (MBA or any Masters will be an advantage) The company is looking for a proactive and organized individual who can effectively manage the supply chain operations and ensure timely delivery of materials to customers.,
