About the Role

Hoora Technologies is looking for an E-commerce Supply Chain Manager to own and scale end-to-end supply chain operations across our D2C and marketplace businesses. This role is critical to ensuring smooth demand–supply planning, inventory health, order fulfilment, last-mile delivery, and RTO reduction, while working closely with vendors, logistics partners, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage demand forecasting and supply planning to avoid stock-outs, overstocking, and delivery delays
• Own the end-to-end order lifecycle from order confirmation to final delivery
• Drive inventory planning, stock ageing control, replenishment, and audits
• Coordinate with vendors, manufacturers, and logistics partners, including onboarding alternate suppliers
• Monitor and reduce delivery issues, RTOs, and last-mile challenges
• Act as the backend owner for supply chain-related customer escalations
• Track and improve key KPIs such as order fulfilment rate, inventory turnover, RTO percentage, delivery SLAs, and vendor performance
• Continuously improve processes, SOPs, and OMS/WMS workflows for scale and efficiency

What We’re Looking For

• 4–8 years of experience in E-commerce, D2C, Retail, or Marketplace supply chain operations
• Strong hands-on experience with inventory management, OMS, warehouses, and courier platforms
• Proven ability to manage vendors, logistics partners, and alternate suppliers
• Experience handling RTOs, delivery escalations, and operational challenges
• Strong analytical skills using Excel or Google Sheets
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-ownership startup environment
