Supply Chain Manager

We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to oversee all aspects of our supply chain operations across the APAC region (excluding India and China). This role will directly support the Mobility, Refinish, and Industrial business units, driving end-to-end supply chain strategy and execution, including planning, logistics, warehousing, and distribution. The Manager will ensure operational excellence, cost efficiency, and compliance while aligning with global standards and business unit requirements. This role reports to the VP, Global Strategic Supply Chain.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related field; Masters degree preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive supply chain experience within the APAC region, covering planning, logistics, and warehousing.
• Proven ability to support multiple business units with diverse product and service requirements.
• Strong understanding of regional logistics networks, trade compliance, and distribution infrastructure.
• Experience managing 3PLs, optimizing networks, and improving the cost/service balance.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP or equivalent) and advanced planning/analytics tools.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-cultural management skills.
