As a Supply Chain Manager (In stock) at BUILDSKILL, your role will involve overseeing the entire inventory supply chain across multiple warehouses and locations to ensure optimal stock levels and product availability at all times. You will be responsible for forecasting inventory requirements, managing procurement, creating and tracking Purchase Orders (POs), and maintaining vendor relationships. Additionally, you will monitor inventory ageing, conduct periodic audits, and develop strategies to optimize inventory turnover. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee inventory supply chain across multiple warehouses and locations - Forecast inventory requirements and manage procurement to prevent stockouts - Create, issue, and track Purchase Orders; manage inbound inventory flows - Monitor and minimize inventory ageing; design strategies for slow-moving SKUs - Conduct periodic inventory audits and reconciliations - Develop actionable dashboards for real-time inventory visibility and analytics - Design and fine-tune supply chain systems, policies, and workflows - Collaborate with cross-functional teams for high-demand periods and capacity planning - Analyze data to identify risks and opportunities for supply chain improvements - Build and manage a team of supply chain/warehouse personnel Qualifications Required: - Bachelors or Masters degree in Supply Chain, Business, Commerce, Engineering, or related field - Minimum 6 years of experience in end-to-end supply chain and inventory management - Proven ability to build and standardize inventory or supply chain systems/processes - Advanced expertise in Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting - Detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive with a focus on process improvement - Strong communicator with the ability to align cross-functional teams and external partners - Experience with ERP/inventory management software is a plus Joining BUILDSKILL will provide you with the opportunity to lead the entire supply chain and instock operation at a high-growth consumer brand.
