Supply Chain Manager

As a Supply Chain Manager (In stock) at BUILDSKILL, you will play a crucial role in optimizing end-to-end inventory movement, creating resilient systems, and ensuring product availability, quality, and speed. **Key Responsibilities:** - Oversee the entire inventory supply chain across multiple warehouses and locations to maintain optimal stock levels and product availability. - Forecast inventory requirements, manage procurement to prevent stockouts or excess, and track Purchase Orders (POs). - Monitor and minimize inventory ageing, implementing strategies to liquidate or reposition slow-moving SKUs. - Conduct periodic inventory audits, reconciliations, and implement controls for accurate records and audit readiness. - Develop actionable dashboards for real-time inventory visibility and supply chain analytics. - Design and refine supply chain systems, policies, and workflows to drive efficiency, cost savings, and speed. - Collaborate with various teams for capacity planning, high-demand periods, and promotional surges. - Analyze data to identify risks, opportunities, and implement corrective actions for improved turnover and supply chain resilience. - Build and lead a team of supply chain/warehouse personnel, fostering a culture of accountability and growth. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Commerce, Engineering, or related field. - Minimum 6 years of hands-on experience in end-to-end supply chain and inventory management. - Proven ability to build and standardize inventory or supply chain systems/processes. - Advanced expertise in Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis, dashboarding, and automated reporting. - Detail-oriented, analytical, proactive, with a focus on process improvement and risk mitigation. - Strong communicator with the ability to drive alignment across cross-functional teams and external partners. - Experience with ERP/inventory management software is a plus.
