Supply Chain Executive

Key Responsibilities:
Procurement Management:o Source and evaluate suppliers, obtain quotations, and prepare comparativestatements.o Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules with vendors.o Assist in vendor development to ensure a strong and competitive supply base. Logistics Coordination:o Coordinate with vendors, freight forwarders, and internal teams to ensure timelydeliveries.o Monitor shipments and escalate delays to concerned stakeholders. Data & Reporting:o Maintain procurement records, supplier database, and contracts.o Develop Excel dashboards and MIS reports for spend analysis, vendorperformance, and procurement KPIs.

Communication & Follow-ups:
o Draft professional emails and manage correspondence with suppliers andcustomers.o Conduct cold calling/email outreach for vendor development and businessopportunities.

Analytical Support:
o Prepare cost analysis and comparative statements for decision-making.o Provide market insights for procurement strategy improvement.

Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelors degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration/B pharma or related field (MBApreferred). 1-3 years of procurement/supply chain experience (pharma/industrial sector preferred). Technical Skills: Advanced Excel (dashboards, pivot tables, data analysis),procurement process knowledge. Soft Skills: Excellent written & verbal communication, strong follow-up skills,negotiation ability, and vendor relationship management. Ability to manage multiple tasks independently in a dynamic setup.
