Responsibilities

Conduct regular meeting with team members and review their work on daily basis.

Escalate issue related to daily work to management on regular basis.

Take strong follow up with each process owners to ensure proactive results.

Ensure all process owners follow best practices in their respective functions.

Responsible for monthly formal review with management.

Responsible for internal as well as third party audits.

Other:

To perform the task assigned time to time by management in timely manner.

To travel any part of India as per the need of business.
