Supply Chain Executive

Location: Sinnar, Nashik, Maharashtra​

Experience Required: 1–2 years

Job Purpose:

To support end-to end supply chain operations including procurement, inventory management, logistics coordination, vendor management, and ensuring timely availability of raw materials and finished goods to meet production and customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

∙Assist in planning, coordinating, and monitoring supply chain operations. ∙Manage procurement of raw materials, consumables, and packaging materials. ∙Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for timely deliveries and follow-ups. ∙Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure optimal stock levels. ∙Support logistics activities including transportation, freight booking, and documentation. ∙Monitor inward and outward material flow, ensuring accuracy and compliance. ∙Assist in preparing purchase orders, GRN (Goods Receipt Notes), and related documentation. ∙Track and resolve supply discrepancies, delays, and quality concerns in coordination with vendors. ∙Liaise with production, warehouse, and quality teams to ensure smooth operations. ∙Ensure compliance with company policies, statutory norms, and safety standards. ∙Prepare daily/weekly/monthly supply chain reports for management review.

Key Skills & Competencies:

∙Knowledge of supply chain management in manufacturing/metal industry. ∙Understanding of procurement processes, vendor management & logistics. ∙Good command of MS Excel, ERP/SAP or other supply chain software. ∙Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. ∙Excellent communication and negotiation skills. ∙Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Qualifications: ∙

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management / Operations / Mechanical / Industrial Engineering / Commerce or related field.

1–2 years of relevant experience in supply chain / procurement / logistics in the manufacturing industry.
