• Maintain and manage company stock on a regular basis.
• Supervise the end-to-end process for dispatches.
• Prepare necessary dispatch documentation, including material details, delivery challans, e-way bills, packing lists, and test certificates.
• Arrange transportation for timely material delivery.
• Provide accurate and timely quotations and pro-forma invoices; process customer inquiries via email and phone.
• Support the sales team by coordinating sales details, handling pre-sale material, and managing after-sale deliveries.
• Send purchase orders to vendors and maintain vendor records; identify new vendors as needed.
• Prepare and send sales invoices and delivery challans to clients.
• Issue test certificates for dispatched materials.
• Generate sales reports, track sales order statuses, and develop timely proposals.
• Coordinate with administrative staff to maintain updated customer databases.
• Prepare RA bills for completed work at project sites.
• Maintain daily records of client offers, stock, and stationery reports.
• Prepare detailed labor bills and maintain work completion databases.
• Compile royalty and other reports as requested by management.
• Support front office activities and ensure proper maintenance of project documentation and files.

Measurement Metrics:

• Timely preparation and submission of all operational reports and data.
• Accurate and updated stock management to prevent last-minute issues.

Completion of material dispatches within the required timeframe
