Supply Chain Executive

As a Supply Chain Executive at our company in Mohali, you will play a crucial role in managing procurement activities, maintaining optimal inventory levels, coordinating with logistics teams, analyzing supply chain metrics, and ensuring smooth operations within the supply chain. Key Responsibilities: - Handle end-to-end procurement processes, including vendor management and purchase order creation. - Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability. - Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and efficient supply chain operations. - Analyze supply chain metrics and provide actionable insights for process improvement. - Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors. - Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with organizational and regulatory standards. - Address supply chain issues promptly to minimize operational disruptions. Qualifications Required: - Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. - Minimum of 2 years of experience in supply chain, purchasing, or related SCM roles. - Proficiency in supply chain software and tools. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. - Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. - Flexibility to adapt to UK time zones and processes.
