About The Department

The Operations GBS unit will drive executional excellence and efficiency by focusing on all operations-related activities, including execution of marketed brands, operations of medical affairs, omnichannel operations, commercial analytics, operational communications, customer fulfilment within commercial supply chain and sustainability. You will be part of the Commercial SC Customer Fulfilment Ops team based in Bangalore. Our department is dedicated to managing the end-to-end supply chain processes, ensuring products move seamlessly from suppliers to customers. We focus on designing future supply chains, developing global, regional, and country strategies, monitoring costs, and driving improvements in processes. The team operates in a dynamic and collaborative environment, where your contributions will directly impact the efficiency and success of our supply chain operations.

The position

As an Supply Chain Analyst, you will:
  • Support IO Projects, taking responsibility for rolling out solutions and ensuring successful implementation, testing, training, and documentation.
  • Dive deep into supply chain processes, analysing and proposing how GBS can take over and optimise operations.
  • Participate in operation reviews for affiliates, providing updates on KPIs, process improvements, and challenges.
  • Drive standardisation and optimisation across processes, conducting opportunity assessments and collaborating with other teams.
  • Provide reporting support and ad hoc analysis to enable key decisions within the supply chain.

Qualifications

We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:
  • Preferable Master(Minimum Bachelor) in Supply Chain management, Finance, Business Management, (or equivalent) from a well-recognised institute.
  • Good academic track record and grades & fluent in written and spoken English.
  • 8-12 years of experience within Order to cash under Supply Chain Management function from a larger international organization.
  • Order entry, Order management , tracking, invoice, batch allocation, inventory Management , Scraping, Month-end closing, Price updating, Quote/ contracts, Debit note, credit note, Accruals ,Month end closing, perform controls and supporting audits, Credit management, , Sales, reporting across the value chain .
  • Good understanding of supply chain concepts - stock-outs, rebates, inventory planning, logistics.
  • Skilled in performing data profiling and quality assessment of source systems.
  • Ability to troubleshoot errors / issue across the O2C value chain .
  • Understanding of the impact of Accounts books , O2C processes on downstream and upstream and Follow processes / Metrics.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Proficiency SAP Finance module (SD& FI) .
  • Stakeholder engagement.
  • Project support experience in existing process improvement or new project.
  • Demonstrate capability to take ownership and accountability of deliverables assigned
  • High quality mind-set , logical thinking and ability to finalise actions/tasks within deadline.
  • Strong analytical skills - Possess strong analytical skills and be able to take initiative and come up with independent solutions to a variety of issues
  • Solid knowledge about data validation, presentation and interpretation
  • Fast learner and proactive mind-set - Be a fast learner, i.e. able to learn new processes and transform data into usable information and recommendations
