We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Website Operations Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing various operational tasks to ensure the smooth running of our website. This role requires strong attention to detail, an understanding of website management, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Candidates from a travel industry background will be preferred. Key Responsibilities: Website Banner Management: Regularly update and manage website banners to ensure they align with marketing campaigns, seasonal promotions, and new product launches. Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to create visually appealing banners that drive customer engagement. Website Price Update on Time: Ensure all product prices on the website are updated regularly and reflect any changes or promotions. Monitor pricing trends and coordinate with the pricing and sales teams to maintain consistency and accuracy across all product pages. Competitor Analysis: Conduct regular competitor website analysis to identify trends, price points, promotional strategies, and product offerings. Provide insights and recommendations based on competitor analysis to improve the company's online presence and competitiveness. Package Upload on the Website: Upload and manage packages or product listings on the website, ensuring all details such as pricing, descriptions, images, and specifications are accurate and up-to-date. Ensure a smooth and error-free experience for users when browsing and purchasing products on the website. Daily Website Checking: Perform daily checks to ensure the website is functioning properly and there are no technical issues affecting user experience (e.g., broken links, slow loading times, etc.). Report and coordinate with the technical team to address any issues promptly. Coupon Code Creation for Affiliate Program: Create and manage unique coupon codes for affiliate marketing programs, ensuring correct application and tracking of discounts. Collaborate with the affiliate team to monitor coupon performance and troubleshoot any issues related to coupon redemption. Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience in website management or operations Strong attention to detail with the ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy. Basic understanding of web development or content management systems (CMS). Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, or similar tools for data tracking and reporting. Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced work environment Preferred: Candidates from a travel background
