This role is responsible for providing independent engineering support for Control valve and Regulators to both the dedicated and non-dedicated impact partner assigned accounts for any project-related inquiries. You will perform Sizing and selection of control valves using proprietary FisherFirst2 software and prepare Technical and Commercial Quote, technical deviations list, generate reports, and drawings. Additionally, you will be in contact with GIS teams for any technical/special price requirements. In this role, your responsibilities will include reviewing and preparing project guidelines for quotations based on technical specifications, clarifying doubts on technical specifications/project guidelines through conference calls with Sales office/impact partner, providing support on project revisions from Customer, supporting sever/critical service applications for project-based inquiries with support from senior engineers, and contacting GIS/SPG teams for critical application solutions. You will also support Sales office after the issue of PO, prepare transactions for order entry, provide technical support for OE/factory clarifications, and assist with change orders. You will be established as one of the contact points for specific Sales/LBP to send projects, get exposed to TBE meetings with customers with assistance from senior engineers, participate in MIB based product selection for quotes in concurrence with LBPs, support MRO opportunities, SPIR, and RSPL generation jobs, and maintain records of all work done. As the ideal candidate, you should quickly and significantly take action in constantly evolving, unexpected situations. You should actively seek input from pertinent sources to make timely and well-informed decisions and handle the risk that comes with moving forward when the outcome is not certain. You will need a minimum of 3 years of experience in any Engineering background, knowledge of all Fisher products and accessories, understanding of product specifications and Incoterms, adequate knowledge of sizing control valves for industry-specific applications, knowledge of MIB strategy & implementation skilled in using the FF2 tool, and basic knowledge of Inactive/obsolete/Competitor products. Preferred qualifications that set you apart include a Degree in Mechanical/Instrumentation/Chemical/Metallurgical Engineering, basic understanding of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and excellent written and verbal communication skills. You will be responsible for the following tasks: - Demonstrating hands-on experience with Tally for efficient order entry in the PO register and order processing. - Following up with MEs to ensure checklist requirements for order processing are met. - Coordinating with distributors and local vendors for timely delivery and competitive prices. - Handling purchase entries and preparing sales invoices accurately. - Recording client cheque receipts and maintaining entries accordingly. - Managing petty cash transactions effectively. - Processing bills for maintenance, mobile expenses, stationary, petty cash vouchers, etc., and sending them to the accounts team on a monthly basis. - Updating the margin folder with the latest information on a monthly basis. - Creating Performa Invoices in Excel spreadsheets. - Printing tax invoices and distributing them to the respective MEs promptly. - Supervising the office boy's tasks effectively. JOB SUMMARY: An Order Entry Clerk is responsible for obtaining and entering supply orders into the Materials Management software system (Peoplesoft). The National Order Entry Team services all clinical regions as well as select Esoteric lines of business, supporting our clients by processing their request for the supplies needed to collect and submit specimens to the lab for testing. These orders are submitted via fax, email, Quanum, and phone from both internal and external clients. Order entry keys the request under the client account number in PeopleSoft, reviews and adjusts the order as needed in alignment with utilization restrictions and compliance guidelines, capturing all relevant information. The order is then released into the system to be processed by one of our fulfillment centers. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Obtains supply orders from our workforce management software (Quickbase) and enters them into the Materials Management software. Informs clients of backorders and expected delivery times. Informs clients of utilization constraints if the amount requested exceeds the established utilization ratios. Assists the National Fulfillment Team, National Order Entry Team, Commercial and Customer Solutions in resolving client utilization questions. Informs the appropriate individuals of low stock and backordered items. Complies with all applicable and current Materials and Services Management, Human Resources, Employee Health and Safety, Compliance, OSHA, CLIA, etc. policies and procedures.
