Supply Chain Analyst - Operations & Planning

Role Overview: As a Supply Chain Analyst - Operations & Planning at EOS IT Solutions, you will be part of a global technology and logistics company known for providing Collaboration and Business IT Support services to industry leaders. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement. - Generate regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) to support decision-making. - Manage active bill of materials (BOM) & drop shipment fulfillment. - Monitor and optimize inventory levels to align with demand forecasts. - Initiate PR requests, expedite late purchase orders, and ensure accurate reporting from vendors. - Identify opportunities for process improvement within the supply chain. - Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination across the supply chain. - Enhance supply chain visibility through tracking and monitoring tools. - Define and track key performance metrics for supply chain operations & planning. - Conduct root cause analysis for supply chain disruptions and implement corrective actions. Qualifications Required: - Understanding of Supply chain management fundamentals & tools such as SAP, material demand management services, dashboards, etc. - Proficiency in Excel and Google applications such as Sheets & Docs. - Knowledge of project management methodologies and effective communication skills. - Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field. - Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in Supply Chain & Operations planning roles. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in data analysis tools.
