Supplier Risk Senior Manager

As the Senior Supplier Risk Manager at Flutter Entertainment, you will play a critical role in developing and executing the supplier risk management framework. Your primary responsibility will involve collaborating with various departments to assess, identify, and mitigate risks associated with suppliers and partners. Your efforts will ensure compliance and optimize risk controls, particularly as the company seeks to implement Coupa. Your key responsibilities will include developing and maintaining a comprehensive Supplier Risk Management (SRM) governance framework. You will also be involved in creating a Target Operating Model (TOM) for SRM, which includes operational workflows, accountability matrices, and escalation pathways. Additionally, you will oversee the tools, processes, platforms, and systems related to risk management, working closely with stakeholders to identify requirements and develop solutions for effective risk assessment, monitoring, and reporting. Collaboration and stakeholder engagement will be crucial aspects of your role, as you will collaborate with stakeholders to drive the rollout and implementation of the SRM team in Flutter Entertainment India. You will also support Group and Divisional Risk and Compliance teams with SRM knowledge and help align SRM efforts with broader business objectives. In addition to these responsibilities, you will lead risk assessments for suppliers, oversee the supplier due diligence process, develop and maintain a risk register, and work closely with various teams to ensure that identified risks are actively managed and mitigated. You will also be responsible for developing and delivering regular reports and dashboards on supplier risk metrics and trends for senior management and board-level audiences. To excel in this role, you will need at least 5 years of experience in risk management, supplier/vendor/third-party management, or a related role. You should have proven ability to lead cross-functional stakeholders, strong stakeholder management skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with senior management. Additionally, you should possess strong problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills, along with a high level of self-motivation and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
