Job Description

Supplier Quality Manager - Strategic Sourcing & SCM - Pune

About the Role

This position will be responsible for mainly handling SQI function of Electrical & Electronics.

Responsibilities

New parts development and suppliers development
Supplier’s process improvement drive
Supplier evaluation and selection
Study & implement IEC standards and lead type testing of parts
Vendor development
Drive critical projects related to Quality improvement
Warranty cost reduction projects
Cost savings
Apart from SQI for GEE group, there will be a support to Kirloskar New Energy BU and Kirloskar Electrical & Electronics BU as SQI

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical/Electronics
