Supplier Quality Engineer

As a Supplier Quality Manager at SNECI, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality management processes and supplier compliance with agreed standards. The ideal candidate for this position will have at least 5-10 years of experience in quality management, preferably in supplier quality roles. You should possess a strong quality-focused mindset with proven ability to implement and monitor action plans effectively, expertise in defect analysis and root cause identification, and proficiency in tracking and delivering responsibilities within agreed timelines. In terms of interpersonal skills, you should have the ability to collaborate with diverse teams, guide individuals, and ensure alignment on quality initiatives. While a background in production or mechanical areas is not mandatory, familiarity with production processes would be beneficial. Your primary focus will be on quality management and mentoring teams to achieve quality objectives.
