Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and support New Product Development (NPD) activities from a supplier quality perspective. - Review and approve PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) documentation. - Implement and monitor APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning) processes. - Utilize Quality Core Tools (FMEA, MSA, SPC, Control Plan) effectively in supplier quality management. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve supplier-related quality issues. - Drive root cause analysis and corrective actions for supplier NCR. - Maintain supplier performance metrics and initiate improvement plans where necessary.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum q years of experience in Supplier Quality or related engineering roles. - Strong knowledge of PPAP, APQP, QC Core Tools, and Supplier Auditing practices. - Hands-on experience in NPD activities and working with cross-functional teams. - Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
