Job Description

Supplier Quality Responsibilities (Primary):

• Supplier corrective action requests.

• Supplier performance management and corrective actions.

• Annual supplier IATF-16949 compliance and improvement efforts.

• Supplier PPAP approvals.

• Conflict minerals tracking and remediation.

• Tracking of supplier Environmental Social Governance program.

• CBAM tracking, continuous improvement, and customer submissions.

Note: CBAM system must be developed.

• Supplier compliance with trade sanctions.

APQP responsibilities (Secondary):

• Support development of APQP documents (PFD, FMEA, and PCP).

• Support maintenance of APQP documents (PFD, FMEA, and PCP).

• Support annual review and continuous improvement of Process FMEAs.

• Support development of ballooned print, inspection templates, and warrant.

Note: Inspection will be completed at the inspection laboratory in Wood Dale, Illinois.

• Support assembly of PPAP document.

• Support Submission of IMDS
