Job Description

We are hiring for a Supplier Quality Engineer to support supplier quality assurance activities for a leading organization. The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring supplier compliance with defined quality standards and processes.

Define supplier quality requirements for products and processes, including general and special processes.
Plan, coordinate, and execute First Article Inspections (FAI) and supplier audits.
Conduct supplier audits for new supplier approval (homologation), renewal, and in-process quality concerns.
Work closely with suppliers to perform root cause analysis and implement effective corrective and preventive actions.
Coordinate with internal departments, third-party auditors/inspectors, and suppliers to ensure quality compliance.
Ensure adherence to applicable quality and welding standards.
Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by management.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Bachelors degree in Mechanical or Production Engineering.
EN 15085 Certified Welding Engineer (mandatory).
Proven experience in supplier quality engineering and audits.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work independently in a supplier-facing role.

Candidate should be from industry should be like Railway, Automotive, Aviation , forging, Agri Machinery
