CAD tools, welding simulation software, and NDT techniques Desirable: Railway projects like bogie and under-frame fabrication. Welding process and welder qualification (WPS/ PQR/ WQR) welding techniques (SMAW, SAW, GTAW, GMAW, FCAW ) This includes structural steel, pressure ASME, AWS, EN ISO, welding codes: ASME, AWS, ISO, API . vessels, large machinery, and other complex welded assemblies. Hands-on experience in field fabrication or site erection projects. Exposure to ISO 3834/EN 15085 certification processes. The IWE ensures compliance with international standards, drives welding quality, and supports process optimization across engineering, manufacturing, and quality assurance departments. Oversee welding inspections, NDT activities, and welder qualification tests. Ensure compliance with industry codes, standards (e.g., ISO 3834, EN 15085 CL1, ASME Sec IX), and client requirements.
