Tasks: Processing the purchased parts complaints in accordance with Forvia procedures Following up supplier 8D reports (technical) regarding content and timing. Perform 8D evaluation (technical) (e.g. in SAP); Responsible for the Release of ISIR/PPAP documentation; Management of not conforming purchased parts (ERP) and coordinate the further actions (e.g. rework, sorting, etc.); Escalation to management level in case of relevant quality risks which cannot be resolved by the supplier. Collect the complaint related costs (e.g. in SAP) including all documents (e.g. invoices, test reports, etc.); Negotiate NQC chargebacks with the suppliers. Implement and manage supplier development program. Initiating escalation and take the lead according to the escalation process for suppliers (responsibility matrix escalation). Plan, coordinate and conduct the process audits in accordance with current standards and track the suppliers audit action plan in agreement with the supervisor. YOUR QUALIFICATIONS Candidate requirement: Fluent in English; Technical Bachelor degree ; Understanding and interpretation of engineering drawings and test reports; Microsoft 365 knowledge (basic) Work experience in automotive area minimum 5 years; IATF 16949/ISO 9001 and VDA 6.3 knowledge; Good knowledge of quality core tools Ability to work with teams from other functional areas; SAP knowledge (QM/PDM); Preferably experience as SQA engineer Even if you do not meet all our requirements, do not hesitate to apply to us, because the further development of our employees is very important to us and opens up a wide range of opportunities for you in our company.
