Supervisor/Incharge HVAC & VRV Installations

Job Title: Supervisor – HVAC & VRV Installations Location: Baner Experience Required: 2–4 years Industry: HVAC / VRV  Job Type: Full-time We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HVAC & VRV Installation Supervisor to oversee and coordinate the site execution of HVAC and VRV system installations. The ideal candidate will ensure quality standards, safety compliance, and timely project completion.  Key Responsibilities: *Supervise the installation, testing, and commissioning of HVAC, VRV/VRF systems at project sites. *Read and interpret HVAC drawings, layouts,  *Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal teams for smooth execution. *Manage and lead site technicians, subcontractors, and labor. *Ensure adherence to safety standards and company policies at all times. *Monitor work progress and ensure completion within defined timelines. *Identify and resolve on-site technical issues during installation. *Conduct quality inspections and prepare daily/weekly progress reports. *Oversee material planning and ensure proper inventory control on-site Key Requirements: Diploma or ITI in Mechanical Engineering / Air Conditioning. 2–4 years of hands-on experience in HVAC and VRV/VRF installation projects. Sound technical knowledge of HVAC equipment (AHUs, FCUs, ducting, refrigerant piping, etc.) Ability to read and execute work as per HVAC schematic and layout drawings. Strong leadership and site management skills. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Flexibility to work on multiple project sites. Preferred: Experience with leading brands like Daikin, Bluestar, Toshiba, etc. Immediate joiners preferred.
